I know, I know. Not many people associate those words with the idea of seeing the dentist. My patients do though… and thank goodness, they tell me so.

You see, I love being a dentist. Not because it’s my job – which of course is nice – but because I have a daily opportunity to make someone smile.

I see all kinds of people, from kids who have super-healthy teeth, to people who have a whole lot of dental problems. And while I wish I could prevent every dental problem instead of treating it, sometimes I also enjoy putting on my engineer/artist cap and getting down to the business of bringing a smile back, well, pretty much from the dead.
