The Smile Makeover Process

Digital imaging and a custom wax model of the smile are created for each patient to help them visualize the final result. Patients even help choose the best color for their smile!

The procedure is in no way complicated. The affected teeth undergo a simple, painless preparation, and natural looking temporaries are placed so that your teeth look and feel normal. At the next visit, the resin temporaries are replaced with lifelike porcelain restorations, bonded to the natural tooth structure. The entire process usually takes no more than two to three visits, so an entirely new look and a new outlook can be obtained within two visits. Your new smile will be gorgeous, and you will feel incredible!

Digital Imaging

With digital imaging, you can see your new smile before you schedule treatment. First Dr. Winans will take a digital photograph of your face and smile, and together you will look at a book of beautiful smiles. After discussing what you want for your smile, Dr. Winans will use a sophisticated computer program to fill in gaps, lengthen teeth, whiten stained teeth, and create the “after” image. You are then given a beautiful color photo of the enhanced smile.
